Our Pet Policy
- Seasons on Chelsea Apartments allows dogs and cats
- We have some breed and weight restrictions (weight limit is 100 lbs)
- There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
Pet Fees
- $400 non-refundable pet fee for 1st pet and $200 non-refundable pet fee for 2nd pet
- $45 per month per pet
